It as way back in 1989 when he played his first ever test match. It was 15th Nov 09, and was blooded into the test side against the fiery Pakistan in Karachi.
20 years down the line, he is still going strong and young with his 43 test centurt in place against Sri Lanka.
He is the best role modle for any youngster. In all thesse years, he knows exactly how to handle the pressure and strrdom and yet remain grounded.
